Brimley & Progress is a new condominium development by Atria Development Corporation coming soon to Brimley Road and Progress Avenue in Scarborough, Ontario.  It is a proposed mixed-use development consisting of four storeys of 34, 34, 41 and 44 storeys in height designed by A & Architects situated across the street from the Scarborough Town Centre with 1,591 proposed dwelling units.

Atria Development Corporation is a real estate developer in the Greater Toronto Area building residential, commercial and industrial use space for over 20 years.  Gyan Chand Jain came to Canada in 1964 and started developing in 1969.  His sons Hans Jain and Vipin Jain founded Atria and are equal shareholders and sole directors of the corporation and is part of the management team building new projects and re-purposing existing structures to newly built residential condominiums.  The management team handles all stages of the development process from land acquisition and assembly, to planning and approvals, to sales and marketing, to financing, to construction, to occupancy and also to long-term leasing.  Atria Development Corporation specializes in breathing "new life into old structures, creating unique, character-rich commercial and residential spaces".  Their goal is "to build exceptional communities and deliver attractively priced units for sale or rent with superior craftsmanship and customer support".

Leslie Mews Townhomes - A new fashionable townhouse development with premium features currently in pre-construction located at Gerrard Street East and Leslie Street in Toronto, Ontario with 19 three-bedroom units.  Available unit size averaging approximately 1,700 square feet each designed by A & Associates Architects Inc.
